Didn't Receive Our Communication?

If you are not receiving communication messages from BBCHS, such as phone calls, text messages, and/or emails, please follow the steps below to ensure that we can relay these messages to you.
- Login to Infinite Campus. If you are a parent or guardian, please use your parent login information.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on the person icon (User Menu).
- Then, click on Settings.
- Click Contact Preferences.
- Ensure that the boxes are checked under each mode of communication that you want to receive from BBCHS. If a box is not checked, you will not receive communication using that specific mode from BBCHS.
