Didn't Receive Our Communication?

  • If you are not receiving communication messages from BBCHS, such as phone calls, text messages, and/or emails, please follow the steps below to ensure that we can relay these messages to you.

    1. Login to Infinite Campus. If you are a parent or guardian, please use your parent login information.
    2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the person icon (User Menu).
    3. Then, click on Settings.
    4. Click Contact Preferences.
    5. Ensure that the boxes are checked under each mode of communication that you want to receive from BBCHS. If a box is not checked, you will not receive communication using that specific mode from BBCHS.
