• BBCHS Insurance Plan Offerings

    Below you will find the BBCHS 2024/25 insurance options along with our summary of benefits. Enrollment in BBCHS insurance will be completed during open enrollment or a qualifying event. A link to register to our online portal will be sent to you directly to enroll. If you have questions regarding your plan or the plans offered, we have also included several helpful videos to walk you through the different options.

  • Online Insurance Enrollment Information

    Visit:  https://app.helloflock.com/ and from the sign in screen click "sign in via company code"
    Company Code: BBCHS60915
    • Enter your first name, last name, social security number, and date of birth to sign-in and finish setting up your account then click continue
    • The last step is creating a password. Once that is set you are logged into Flock. Moving forward you will just need to provide your username and password when entering the system. Your username can be seen in your profile, which is accessible after logging in
